What is the compensation process?

A: The members shall call service hotline 4000-88-1615 for booking repair or maintenance services. The Call Center registers the claim and sends a Service Team to the 4s store. Our team will check the vehicle and establish the Claim Resolution Plan. After the maintenance, our Service Team will immediately pay the bill.
